Our classes

All classes are taught by Chartered Physiotherapists qualified in the Pilates discipline and all classes are taught in four levels from beginners, to improvers, to intermediate and then advanced level.


We keep all our classes small to maximize the individual attention to each participant.

Anyone is welcome whatever your level of fitness or whether you have an injury or not.

We offer 3 different styles of Pilates classes which are usually taught in 6 week blocks.

Studio Class – We use the Pilates spring loaded equipment such as the Reformer and Trapeze. Suitable for anyone but especially if you struggle to get on and off the floor.

Matwork Class – Pilates exercises based on the floor occasionally using small equipment. Mats are provided.

‘On the Ball’ Class – The principles of Pilates matwork exercises are applied to the swiss ball, which increases the challenge by adding more of a dynamic component to the exercise.

We also offer specialized classes for Ante / Post natal and sports specific pilates classes such as ‘Pilates for Golfers’.
